Infocus Builders Inc. is a high-end construction company based in Chicago, IL. We are a company based on fostering and maintaining strong relationships. Our core value is centered around involving ourselves with, and understanding, our clients from the start of a project to its finish. THE TEAM
Bob Sievers - President & Co-owner
Bob worked in residential construction all through high school and college. After graduating from Creighton University with a degree in Finance, and building his first house on his own while a senior in college, Bob decided to become a homebuilder after graduation. Bob built over 50 houses in the 5 years he was a residential builder. Bob then got away from the industry for a while taking a position in a medical company. That company moved him to Chicago to pursue a management position. After working in that field for 6 years, he was pulled back to construction because of his passion for the business. Bob went to work for one of the largest design/build firms in the city and was a top designer and sales person for 5 years before starting Infocus Builders, Inc with Larry Brown.
Larry brown - Vice President & Co-Owner
With a degree in Industrial Arts Science, Larry has always had an interest in “how things are built and how they work”. Larry had a 20-year career of designing, project managing and building high-end retail stores and commercial spaces across America. In 2002 Larry started a construction management company and built over 20 restaurants, clubs and businesses in Chicago. As the industry began to change Larry went to work for a design build firm as a designer and salesperson. There he met Bob Sievers and together founded Infocus Builders. Larry has great ability for onsite resolutions as unique situations may arise while having a keen eye for details in design.
